non-jupas FIN / BUS ECON / QF&RM

i'm a shueyan econ & fin yr1 student
i would like to know whether i can (or chance of interview) enrol city u FIN / BUS ECON / QF&RM degree through non-jupas
my sem 1 gpa still hvn't been released...i think it will be around 3 to 3.5
my al result is not very gd...clc, ue: D, 2AL1AS: DEE

will i hv a chance to admit??
