Ingredient
•        通心粉1碗
•        嬰兒乳酪1杯
•        蘋果粒及木瓜茸若干 (可隨意選配)
•        紅腰豆半湯匙

Method
1.        先將通心粉浸透,跟紅腰豆一起放入滾水煲至腍身,然後將通粉過冷水,瀝乾待用。
2.        將蘋果切粒,用鹽水浸一會,木瓜起肉壓成茸。
3.        食用時,乾身的通粉跟蘋果粒、木瓜茸、紅腰豆 (同樣可壓成茸,視乎寶寶吞嚥能力而定)拌勻,再倒上鮮乳酪即成。

Yogurt dgn buah-buahan dan macaroni (cocok untuk bayi usia 15-24 bulan)
Bahan
        1 mangkok macaroni
        1 gelas yogurt utk bayi
        Apel yg dipotong dadu dan pepaya yg dihaluskan secukupnya
        1/2 sendok kacang merah (hung yiu tau)        

Caranya
1.        rendam dahulu macaroni, kemudian direbus bersama dgn kacang merah sampai lembek, kemudian macaroninya direndam dgn air dingin, keringkan, siap utk digunakan
2.        apelnya dipotong dadu, direndam dgn air garam, pepayanya diambil dagingnya, dihaluskan
3.        saat makan, macaroni dicampur dgn apel yg dipotong dadu, pepaya, kacang merah, kemudian dicampur dgn yogurt

Baby & Kid Recipe - Fresh Fruit Yogurt Macaroni (suitable for 15-24 months baby)

Ingredient
•        1 bowl macaroni
•        1 bowl baby yogurt
•        some apple dices and papaya puree (make variations as desired)
•        1/2 tablespoon red kidney beans         

Method
1.        Soak macaroni in water until tender. Put into boiling water with red kidney beans and cook until soft. Rinse macaroni in cold water. Drain dry and leave for later use.
2.        Chop apple into dices and soak in salt water for a while. Scoop out flesh of papaya and mash into a puree.
3.        Mix dry macaroni well with apple dices, papaya puree and red kidney beans (you can mash them into a pure, depends on the swallowing ability of baby). Pour fresh yogurt over when serve.
