Ingredient
•        新鮮百合1個或龍牙百合3兩
•        蜜棗3粒
Method
1.        先將新鮮百合洗淨,切去頭段,掰開一片片,備用(龍牙百合則需於前一晚浸透待用)。
2.        煲粥前半小時,先將兩湯匙米用熱水浸,然後加七至八碗清水及其他材料煲成粥。或以成人吃的飯半碗,注入兩碗滾水煲粥也可。
3.        記住要冷水落米煲粥,同時間一起落百合及蜜棗同煲。

Bubur pak hap dan kurma /mat co (cocok untuk bayi usia 4-8 bulan)
Bahan
        120 gr Pak hap (segar atau kering)
        3 biji kurma/ Mat co         

Caranya
1.        cuci pak hap, dikupas menjadi slice,(kalau pak hap kering direndam 1 malam)
2.        rendam 2 sendok beras dgn air panas, 1/2 jam sebelum masak bubur, masaklah bubur dgn 7-8 gelas air dingin dan masukkan bahan lainnya
3.        ingat! Pada saat memasukkan air masukkan pak hap dan mat co sekalian.

Baby & Kid Recipe - Lily and Sweetened Dates Congee
Ingredient
•        1 Fresh lily bulb or 120g dried lily bulbs
•        3 sweetened dates         

Method
1.        Rinse the fresh lily bulb thoroughly. Discard the top. Tear lily into petals and leave for later use (for dried lily bulbs, soak them in water overnight).
2.        Submerge 2 tablespoons of raw rice in hot water for 30 minutes before making the congee. Add 7 to 8 bowls of water and other ingredients. Or, pour half bowl of cooked rice into 2 bowls of boiled water to make congee.
3.
        Remember to use cold water when making congee. Add lily bulbs and sweetened dates at the same time.
