Minor in Social Work and Social Administration

Hello!!
I just want to change my minor into SW and SA...I am a year 2 student of Food and Nutritional Science...will the schedule be too tight that studying 24 credits (~4 courses) in the coming 3 semester???
also... can anybody give me some suggestions on choosing the courses? I also want to know the grading and course structure (workload).
