(My real letter to RTHK sent on Nov 7)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a tax payer for more than 17 years. I am well educated with 2
Master Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. I have the
permanent residency in Hong Kong. I can speak and write in fluent
Cantonese, Putonhua and English.

According to RTHK's scandals in recent years, I believe that RTHK has
a serious demand for copywriters (撰稿員). However, I've never found any
job advertisements in your web site or other Government publishings. I
would like to take any part-time 撰稿 job in RTHK no matter how cheap
the salary is.

According to the news, I understand that RTHK hires friends/relatives
of their DJs first. I think it is more convenient for the DJs to know
the copywriters capabilities. However, I am no relatives to any RTHK
employee. As a Government body, or an independent organization funded
by tax, I think RTHK should openly recruit copywriters (撰稿員).

Since I am new to Radio business and I have no experience to those
meaningful talk-talk-talk show, I would like to have some samples for
reference first. Personally I would like to have a look of what 何重恩's
mother wrote for RTHK in 1994. Then I will know how to write some
sample articles to apply for such jobs. According to the court
reporting on the background of 何重恩's mother, I can't see any reason
that I cannot write as good as her.

If you cannot provide such old samples (maybe they have never existed
or were destroyed by the DJ ASAP), I can go directly to RTHK for a
face-to-face recruitment interview. Again, as a Government body, or an
independent organization funded by tax, I think RTHK has no reason to
refuse my sincere request.

The last but not the least, again, I am no relatives of any RTHK employee.
