請各位師兄指點指點..

請各位師兄指點指點..

本人因工作關係需要每月一次轉更..
即係一個月返早..一個月返夜..
返早仲好d..可以正常飲食..放工可以去健身..健完之後即刻有飯食..可以吸收得好d..
但係返夜就食冇定時..收凌晨3-4點..食埋宵夜再健身唔知有冇用...
我有幾個問題想問各位師兄
1.可唔可以健身前食飯..食完飯再健身d營養會唔會流失??
2.接上題:食完宵夜...休息一陣再健身..健完之後再飲乳清蛋白..會唔會同食野d營養撞左..乳清蛋白變左冇用..又可能食野同蛋白d營養都冇晒???
3.乳清蛋白可唔可係飯後立刻飲??
因本人剛剛開始做gym..所以懇請各位高手幫忙...

better to take the whey just after training~
remember we can absorb about 30-40 g protein per meal, too much protein is no use.....just spread the protein intake through out the day
