it is PRUwealth-dual Bonuses Investment plan. My freind bought it around usd59xx in Aug1st 2004. mature date: 2009 Aug 1st.
He wants cancel the plan last year in summer and at that time the sales told him
that he can get more usd6xxx and the sales asked him to hold plan until mature date and he will get
more usd7000. so he hold,but now he check with Prudential insurance. it worth usd3xxx now due to their half price
of market value. he can only get original money even he hold plan to mature date?
