一定可以，因為呢個唔係咩crack的問題，而係M$已經逐漸開放POP3比大部份國家可以用到iPhone/iTouch上hotmail，但暫時仲未正式到香港，所以要用其他國家代替:

If you don’t see your country or region in this list, never fear, we’ll be rolling POP3 out to more parts of the world later this year.
