visa on expired passport

i have bno with next may expiry and with a US visa on it not expiry in 2016.... if i apply for a hksar passport, can i just take the bno and new hksar passport to US next feb?

yes, just bring both expired bno and the valid Sar passport with you travel to usa, my grandma has the same experience before

a better arrangement is to apply for transfer of visa to the new ppt
