B414 Taxation I
B262 Business Law I

I want to study above subjects this term. I can claim allowance from my company for one subject. Therefore, I want to choose the easier one to claim.

Can you advise? Moreover, any additional information for these subjects. i.e. any special skills or which tutor you suggest.

Based on some fellow students' perceptions, 4xx > 3xx > 2xx based on difficulties.

Thank you for reply. However, it is not already true. I felt the stastics (B17x, I can't remember) was very difficult for me.
And I passed marketing B3xx very easily. By the way, the tutor is very important too! A good tutor can help you and make you understand it much better.
