   2. I hope it will not raining . Because I want to go to ocean park tomorrow night.

no it should be
1. Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal and Thunderstorm Warning (was)
issued at(in) this morning by the Hong Kong Obsercatory.(Observatory)
2. I hope it will not raining . Because I want to go to ocean park tomorrow
i hope it will not rain because i want to go(better to use" i am going" ) to the ocean park
tomorrow.
