永興義診個案 (補貼)
Tzu Chi free clinic and home visits
Tzu Chi's aid relief continues in Luoshui Township, Sichuan. Doctors and medical staff recently paid home visits to residents in Longju (龍居) Township near Yongxing (永興) Park and held a free clinic the next day.
慈濟四川賑災團持續在洛水鎮服務鄉親，賑災團醫師前往永興公園，近郊的龍居鎮往診，也在隔天舉辦義診，

The first patient in line is Ms. Yang. Just one day before the free clinic, in a home visit the medical team found she had a blood glucose level of over 500. Her condition is worrisome and the doctors asked her to come in for a more detailed exam in the free clinic.
Longju Township resident, Yang Changqun:
"How do you usually treat your diabetes? Do you just take over-the-counter drugs ?"
"I use watermelon frost and chemicals."

After her check-up, volunteers seat Ms. Yang and her 83-year-old mother to one side to rest. She says appreciatively that Tzu Chi is the first organization to arrive at Longju Township.
Longju Township resident, Yang Changqun:
"You doctors really care about us residents. Helping us, concerned for us, and your attitudes are great. The doctors that came by yesterday were o.k. too."

TIMA doctor Xie Huilong (謝輝龍) says local residents often rely on folk prescriptions since proper medicines are hard to obtain. As a result, their conditions are usually exacerbated.
TIMA doctor, Xie Huilong:
"Her blood sugar level was 522. We told her it's way too high. She said she has been taking some herbal medicines like watermelon frost and some kind of hydrochloric acid, but I don't think the results were good. Yesterday we encouraged her to come to the free clinic."

Bringing her mother, husband, and two children along, Ms. Yang ensures her family takes the opportunity for a check-up. Worried about leaving out many residents who, like Yang, are unaware of the free clinic, the medical team decides to give more home visits in the afternoon.
TIMA doctor, Xie Huilong:
"We want to find an area where there's a lot of people, who are unable to come to the free clinics. It would be more convenient for us to go there. We are preparing the medicines in the afternoon and going for home visits."
Be it free clinics or home visits, the ceaseless care of doctors will flow to every corner that needs their help.
第一位來看病的是這位楊女士，就在義診的前一天，醫師在往診過程中，發現她的血糖值達到五百多，擔心她的狀況，
特別請她到義診現場追蹤檢查。
龍居鎮民眾 楊昌群 v.s. 記者：
「平常是怎麼治這個糖尿的？平常就吃一般的藥嗎？」
「有用西瓜霜，還有滴砂。」
看完診後，志工安排楊女士和她83歲的媽媽在一旁休息，楊女士感恩的說，慈濟是第一個來到龍居鎮的團體。
龍居鎮民眾 楊昌群：「你們醫生對我們老百姓很關心，對我們很有幫助，對我們關心，你們的態度也很好，你們昨天來的醫生，態度都可以。」
人醫會醫師謝輝龍說，當地民眾常服用偏方治病，因為取得藥物管道比較不方便，但卻常造成病情加重。
慈濟人醫會醫師 謝輝龍；「幫她一測，血糖522，我們跟她說血糖太高了，因為她有在吃一些中藥成份的，像是西瓜霜啦，還是甚麼鹽酸類的，但是我看效果都不好，昨天一直鼓勵她還是要來這邊檢查一次。」
這一天，楊女士帶著媽媽、先生，還有兩個孩子，把握難得的義診服務機會，擔心有許多像楊女士一樣，之前不知道有義診的人沒來，醫療小組決定增加往診的服務。
慈濟人醫會醫師 謝輝龍：「我們想找一些點，人比較多的地方，但他們要來義診中心看又不方便的，我們走出去會比較方便，所以我們下午把藥準備好，出去做往診。」
從駐點關懷到往診出擊，大醫王發揮良能，希望能服務許多角落需要幫助的鄉親。
