現問題請敎各位法律大大....請問如果在診所設置閉路電視的話,在當眼處貼上""已設置閉路電視"",及與病人簽下同意在此情下治療之同意書再替病人治療,如此可會觸犯了""侵犯私隠條例""呢.....
