Come on!!! price is still higher than 04 - 05, but the economy now is 100% worse than 04 - 05.

Well, most people need to work hard and save in the first 3-7 years of career.  There are tonnes and tonnes of cases like that, not just in Hong Kong, but also in most developed cities in the world.  

In fact, you could buy a 1.8M a bit far away from the city centre and newer with club house.  It's a matter of choice.

Units in Tin Shui Wai and Tuen Mui are cheaper but bigger
