因為我聽朋友說———他的朋友曾選用旅行團的packge去玩，可惜，出發那天，其中一位因病無法成行，而其他共享packge的同伴便被航空公司拒絕check in，引致他的朋友要重新買機票，才能上機。噢！這是所有packge規定附加條件？又或是某旅行社的自定條款？會否航空公司的條款？
本人感到很疑惑，有否聽說這種情況，煩請各方人士幫忙解答一下，感激不盡。

I think this condition is on that particular flight ticket type only.  Since the agent has accepted such conditions from airlines, then same condition will be applied to all members by auto

多謝樓上的回覆，但當初旅行社是否應說出有此條款，如沒說，我可否提出退回全款，請問知否保險有得保嗎？其實這種條款是否合理？可投訴嗎？

If flight ticket conditions is as per my assumption, agent should let tour member know.  But not many ppl will join this tour since it is not under their control.
If you are not inform, then you need to proof the conditions is not available or you not been informed.
For insurance, depend on the policy.  If the case can support, you can claim.
