I have not heard Rev So's sermon, so I cannot judge this. I have watched the youtube you pasted the link there.
I am of the views that :1) in enacting laws, the more there is, the less one is provided for. We have laws, both statutory and common law, on assult and battary. Why another law on family violence when we can already incriminate by the existing ones ? Perhaps someone can enlighten me on this. 2) I disagree recognising homosexual couples being given the same status as a male-female couple. This draft has discretely slipping this concept in, so I will veto it.
