Buy a Toshiba Class 4 8GB SD Card at HK$260
Buy extra battery at HK$250
Buy a Epoque underwater housing EHS1000 at HK$2580
Get a HID light from HK$1500- HK$2380
Then you can do your Underwater diving video shooting at not more than HK$10,000
