When compare the form by some countries, this one is not difficult.

我估,係我估吓,呢條蠢問題係關係到個恐怖份子被補之後,可以以曾經有無向佢本人查詢是否恐怖組織成員而作出申辦。
即係話,如果唔問,當恐怖份子被補後可以以美國都無問過我為理由去打官司,以上絕屬猜測。
