yes, but not until one master the all the basics of it and play it mathematically correct.... then we can talk about higher level of thinking, and playing other players' cards instead of your own cards
the application of multi-level thinking is deeply affected by stack size, in stort to mid stack games that most people play, decisions are largely dominated by math
