想問下去白宮(Washington, DC)有咩手續ga? 洗唔洗proof d 咩嫁(持香港passport, 朋友持中國護照). 我想同朋友係櫻花節遊白宮(4/4). Thanks!

According to website by POST #2, they will make up the group.
However I wonder this type of self-guide tour is allow for foreigner or not.
