本人為一名執業中醫,為自僱人仕,但能自僱而無能力僱人,收入僅可日常生活.
現問題請敎各位法律大大....請問如果在診所設置閉路電視的話,在當眼處貼上""已設置閉路電視"",及與病人簽下同意在此情下治療之同意書再替病人治療,如此可會觸犯了""侵犯私隠條例""呢.....

because no lawyer knows everything.  And no lawyer stationed here 24 hours to answer question for free.  Lawyers have their own work and family.

There are many lawyers in Hong Kong, in their personal and private time time to provide free legal assistances at District Offices and other community centres.
