how many % of them has really no money to pay ????
how many % of them really has money to pay ????

i am kinda worried now as I spent 2 yr in AL 2 yr in Asso and 2 yr in degree
now i am 2009 graduate and owe the governmnet about HKD$200000
but the job market salary is same like for the form 5 graduate...plus my parents are retired with no savings.
