請問怎樣可以 BACK UP 從Cydia Download 的軟件？

use "aptbackup"
download in cydia
use the backup function inside
then use itunes to backup ur phone
update ur phone, then restore backup using itunes
after u jailbreak, install aptbackup again, press restore backup.
it will run cydia to download all the cydia apps
