the distance for las vegas and disneyland is about 350 miles. there is no way for one day trip. at least 3 days 2 nights if you are the first time to go to the las vegas....it should be ok for one day trip in disneyland.... you can join the local tour for these two places if you don't drive yourselves...the factory outlet in california doesn't offer tax return....you are a traveler you are not offered any tax return or benefits. if you have friends or relatives in the US, it's good choice for self-trip. otherwise, you're better to join the tour in HK if you're the first time to the US.
