因為不利因素實在太多，前所未見

Unemployment rate will probably increase; inflation is slowing, and there's deflation risk; HK export slumped most in many decades; extremely poor global economic environment; property developers slash price to sell flats, negative equity cases increases, etc etc

Also, actually mortgage rate is not lower now than the past few year, more careful mortgage approval by banks... all are negative...
