政府稅收主要來自薪俸稅和利得稅，這兩項稅收共佔總
稅收的三分之二，稅基非常狹窄。以薪俸稅來說，香港現時
的工作人口約有三百四十萬，但須繳納薪俸稅的人數則只有
一百二十萬(35%)左右。此外，繳納薪俸稅最多的十萬名人士
所繳稅款佔薪俸稅收入總額的六成。在利得稅方面，現時全
港約有七十五萬戶登記企業，繳稅最多的八百家企業所繳稅
款佔了利得稅總收入六成。
工作人口= 3.4M, 繳納薪俸稅 = 1.2M (35% of working polulation, 18% of total population)
繳納薪俸稅最多的100K (3% of working population, 1.5% of total population) = 60%薪俸稅收入總額。
在利得稅方面，現時全港約有750K戶登記企業
繳稅最多的800家企業(0.1% of total number of business firms) = 60%利得稅總收入
so, most of the HK people, esp the poorest ones have not been paying tax at all...
yet, they have been asked Gov for more....! (supported by some politicians)
They steal the hard-earning money from the people who create the most values in the business and society (Major taxpayers, and also business sectors which create jobs for them)
= thieves....
