I also drank calon segur 2003 2 days ago...I put it into decanter and taste from time to time....
At first, it is really hard and crispy...after hours in decanter, it improved a bit...but after almost 10 hrs in decanter with frequent tasting, it still made me disappointed that it is still like those Australian wine in supermarket...I don't know it is the nature of this wine or it is really too early to drink it...
another reason maybe I'm not experienced enough to taste its goodness....haha...anyway, I will give up this wine in next few years and try different wines...
